Motel 6-Salt Lake City, UT - Downtown

They have really stepped it up with security and front desk staff. We no longer feel nervous when leaving our room to go anywhere and we absolutely love Charity at the front desk! Excellent customer service and always accommodating when permitting. There has definitely been a notable difference all around from our previous stays.

Rocky is amazing and has outstanding customer service he was inviting funny friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were met and that we had a safe fun restful stay thank you Rocky

The Customer service was excellent , after my first night I had trouble getting hot water from the shower and when I spoke to the manager he said he would get someone to look at it and if it wasn't able to be resolved he would arrange for me to stay in another room. The issue wasn't able to be resolved so I moved rooms where the hot water was fine. I didn't get the manager's name but he was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable.would recommend and go back to stay here

Location to transit and downtown. Staff helpful. Couple of gas stations across street. Good affordable accommodations with no problems.

Room was very nice and clean, TV worked. Good location close to downtown with Starbucks a half block away and Denny's a block and a half away!
